Law question
conservatives keep trying but failing to ban violent video games. Do they have any legal ground? Why keep trying?

I am of 2 minds on this one. I'm not comfortable with censorship on principle, but having the ability to stomp prostitutes to death in "Grand Theft Auto" is not healthy either. Constant exposure to violence, even in videogame form, has got to have some effects, especially on younger people. It's worse when the violence is realistic.
