I think there is an initiative out there to get people NOT to vote by annoying the crap out them with political phone calls. I have gotten a phone call at least once a day -if not more- bashing a local candidate. How is this not covered under the do not call list???

maybe I can discourage republican voters by calling their cells and using up their minutes
